The spacious apartment, complete with two balconies, offered a peaceful retreat after exploring Slovenia's breathtaking landscapes. A unique aspect was venturing to the neighboring restaurant for breakfast, where the cozy ambiance and warm service set the tone for the day.The culinary experience was a highlight, with local wines like Refosk complementing exquisite dishes such as Gibanica, a must-try delight. Although breakfast was served off-site, the opportunity to immerse myself in local flavors added a layer of authenticity to my stay. The service was impeccable, and meeting KAJ, the adorable dog, was an unexpected joy.Vila Siftar's dedication to offering a gourmet experience within a historical setting makes it a memorable destination for discerning travelers seeking a blend of culinary innovation and cultural immersion. A delightful choice for indulging in the flavors of Slovenia.
